All of our adult programs are customized to the specific demands and goals of the individual. Our approach is to first understand how we can best help. We want to know where you want to ultimately BE. Then we help determine where you currently are through various assessments and screenings. Once we have a starting point and the end point we seek to provide you with what options will help you close the gap from where you are to where you want to be.

  • Our Group Personal Training Membership includes weekly group sessions both in person and in our private online community with access to hundreds of training videos.

    One (1) semi-private coaching session/week (Up to 4/mo)

    Individualized program design, changed every 4-6 weeks specifically for you

    Unlimited use of the gym during open gym hours with a copy of your specific program

  • All the benefits of the Fit Club All Access PLUS:

    A second (2) semi-private coaching session/week (Up to 8/mo)

Youth Programs

BeWell Fitness is passionately committed to developing the athletes of tomorrow.  Our vast knowledge and experience has led us to create a methodology for results. This comprehensive hour long program is designed for athletes of all sports. The first part of the workout is spent on movement, which includes, stretching, activation, active warm up, linear and lateral speed development, quickness, plyometrics, and CORE strengthening. The second part of the workout is dedicated to explosive power, increasing overall body strength and various forms of conditioning.
